To view dental fee schedules, click the "Search for Providers" button. Enter the zip code you would like to search. Once the providers show, Click on the C500 or POS link. A Plan description page will open, scroll down to the bottom where you will find a link to the fee schedule.
What is the difference between the 500 Series plan and the POS series plan? The Careington 500 Series plan provides the greatest discounts and the POS Series plan has more providers in the network.

What is the difference between the Careington POS Series plan and the Careington 500 Series Plan? The POS Series (Point of Service) plan is accepted by more dentists and the 500 Series plan provides slightly better discounts. If your dentist does not accept either Careington plans, you might want to consider the Dental Access Plan which utilizes the Aetna Dental Access® network or the DentalPlus Savings plan Powered by the DenteMax Network.

The plan does not pay providers directly. Plan members must pay for all services but will receive a discount from participating providers. The list of participating providers is on this website. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. You may cancel within the first 30 days after receipt of membership materials and receive a full refund, less a nominal processing fee (nominal fee for MD residents is $5, AR and TN residents will be refunded processing fee). The Careington dental plans are discount plans. When you Sign Up, you have access to substantial discounts on nearly all your dental Procedures
The dental office will charge you according to their Careington dental discount schedule.
Simply use a participating provider and pay the discounted amount directly to your dental office.
You can use your Careington dental plan immediately after you sign up.
You will receive your ID number by email right after you sign up online or over the phone.
Your permanent ID cards will arrive in the mail within 7-10 days.
- You can use your dental and vision plan as often as needed
- There is no waiting for preventative, basic or major services.
- Your entire household (including children away at college) can be included in the family plan.
- You can cancel your Careington dental plan at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of enrollment, you'll receive a 100% refund less any nominal processing fee paid at the time you signed up, no questions asked.
- You may go to the provider of your choice; however, you will only receive a discount by going to a participating provider. You can also change providers at any time, just make sure you use a participating provider..
